Dr. T.W. French, Sr. was born in 1971. He confessed Christ at the early age of 7. August 1978, he was baptized at First Church of Christ Holiness
Bishop French encourages at risk youth that there are more positive ways to express themselves especially in the African American community. Many of these teens need positive living examples of overcoming obstacles and Bishop French is that living example.

During High School, he was called to the ministry but he ran from the calling. He accepted his call while in college.
In 1993, Dr. French preached his first sermon at True Belief Missionary Baptist Church. Many things transpired over the years which opened the eyes of Dr. French.
In 1998, God called him to the office of Pastor. Over the years there were many changes within the ministry. Urban Harvest Bible Institute & Seminary was founded in 2001. He was consecrated to the sacred office of Bishop, through Grace Ministries International Fellowship in 2004.
In April 2006, Bishop French was elected as the new president of Saint Timothy Theological Seminary. Dr. French merged the two seminaries together, which is now
Saint Timothy Theological Institute & Seminary, Inc.
Bishop French is an anointed man of God who is known for his detailed sermons and always allows the Lord to use him to the fullest.
In 2009 the new birth took place, God laid it own the heart of Bishop French to change the format of Ministry from religious traditions and customs.
International Harvest Educational Ministries, Inc. under the auspices of The Impartation Center was birthed to bring the children of God closer to the Lord through spiritual revelation and Christian education. IHEM was incorporated in January 2008.
In 2009, Biblical Life Theological Seminary, Inc. was founded in Elmhurst, New York in which the same year Dr. French was appointed Chancellor.
He is the CEO of T.W. French & Associates which is a business management firm.
Dr. T.W. French, Sr. holds a Bachelor of Theology degree (United Theological Seminary), Certificate in Biblical Mental Health (Master's Graduate School of Divinity), and a Master of Theology degree (United Theological Seminary) with the thesis titled "Activating Biblical Wisdom within the Body of Christ". He has an earned PhD. in Comparative Religions with a published dissertation. Dr. French has received a Continuing Education Certificate (Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary). On February 5, 2016 Dr. French earned a Certificate in Counseling/Psychology (Rutgers University- Online).
Accomplishments include name being placed on the "Wall of Tolerance" co-chaired by the late Rosa Parks in 2002.
In 2003, Dr. French was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel through the State of Kentucky.
To date, Dr. French has received four honorary Doctorate degrees . He received an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree (Mount Carmel Institute of Biblical Studies), honorary Doctor of Ministry degree (Southern Indiana Bible College & Seminary), honorary Doctor of Divinity degree (Grace Valley Theological Seminary) and a honorary Doctor of Divinity degree (Freedom Bible College & Seminary).
Dr. French was a religious columnist for the Indianapolis Recorder Newspaper (the nation's fourth oldest African-American publication). He is the author of three books titled "The Solomon Syndrome" , "Understanding the Bible: A Study of the Old & New Testaments" and "The Apocalyptic Journey: An indepth study of the book of Revelations".
Dr. French is the former host of a daily radio broadcast called "The Revelation Hour" which aired on The Walk 91.3 fm in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Dr. French is a licensed educator through the state of Indiana. He served as an adjunct Professor for Aletheia Logos University. He is a Commission Member for Global Evangelical Accrediting Commission. Dr. French also holds memberships with American Association of Christian Counselors, Black African-American Christian Counselors, Association of Biblical Counselors, The Society of Christian Philosophers, Academia.edu and American Theological Library Association.
He is a proud father of three anointed adult children Tessa, Alexa and Tarence Jr. all which have professional careers.
